User Data Deletion Instructions

We believe users should always have full control over their personal data. If you used any Subvertec services or our Facebook App, you may request deletion of all stored information at any time.

Below are the methods available.

1. Delete Data via Facebook (For Facebook App Users)

You can remove all permissions and data that our app has stored through Facebook by following these steps:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
  3. Find our app connected to your account
  4. Select Remove
  5. Check the box to delete all data the app may have stored
  6. Confirm the removal

Facebook will notify us automatically, and we will delete any associated records from our systems.

2. Request Manual Data Deletion

If you prefer direct removal or want to delete all account records associated with Subvertec (including service logs, contact info, or support messages), email:

support@subvertec.com

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used with the app or service
  • “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line

We will delete all associated data within 7 days and confirm completion.

3. Immediate Self-Service Options

You may also:

  • Revoke Facebook permissions at any time
  • Stop using the app or service
  • Clear cookies from our website
  • Request removal of analytics identifiers

No questions asked.

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon request, we remove:

  • Contact information
  • Usage logs
  • App data linked to your identity
  • Support conversations
  • Integration metadata
  • Facebook-related records

We do not retain backups tied to your identity.
